As some of you know today (mosly Server 1) I broke some rules. Also before i have. It is very hard to change in zarp (not in other servers but k) i tried my hardest before and i failed over and over again. I just wanted to say sorry to all of you. And specially to this people:

ADDED AFTER WRITING: i have spoken with paramontana and after a while he has given me another last chance to prove my self that i can change. he has unbanned me . i agreed if i mass rule break again i will get a ban

He never said he will ban you if you mass rule break. He said he will permanently ban you if u break one more rule. I was there while he said it and if you want me to ill provide proof. I really don't think there are many tips to give on improving your attitude and behaviour, it's all on YOU and learing to deal with anger. If you feel as if you're going to fall back into bad habits you may just want to leave until you've improved. No matter how angry you get you need to make sure that you don't take it out on other people. Instead of causing trouble you could, sit back and calm down, go for a run, maybe even get a boxing sack.
