So I log on click the 12th thing and I get this. Can I get a refund pretty please? Also the window did go away and I couldn't claim 12. Got nothing too :( .

You need to be on sv1 when you open it i think.

Maybe, but I opened it all on Server 2 and it worked, but now I opened it and can't open it anymore + didn't get anything :(.

No you can open it on server 2 as well.
