Please EMP explain the logic behind this all if the jack hammer and all other gang weapons won't detect as illegal weapon in both systems then why is it arrest on sight as it is basically a legal weapon according to the system

As always you seem to be confused. He was not arrested on sight. He was told to put his weapon away by a police officer. He was not arrested for having the weapon itself but for failing to put it away when ordered.

Well here we are again, I'll once more refer you to something magical called the server rules. Its there so people know whats wrong and what is right and so people(*cough*you*cough*) can't just make up rules because they feel like it. Now I'll ask you to go an reread the server rules(you need to) and come back to this thread. I'll make it really easy for you and show you how.

Lets start by searching for what we want(Ctrl+F)

2.8 FearRP
- Does not apply to this situation, because he could not force you into fearrp(as you both had guns).
Job Rules

- He wasn't weapon checking you as you were holding the weapon out/he was telling you to put it away.
XMAS Rules
- Not even close to applying here.
So as we can see nowhere in the rules does it say that he has to type in chat to issue you commands. What he did was perfectly valid, its your fault for being AFK with a gun out.

Its really simple if your unsure about something or someone is arguing with you about it, just go look it up in the rules. It takes less then a minute and it would have prevented all of this.
