Hello guys! Today I will be showing you how to get a successful refund on the Semi-Serious Role Play servers.
I will be doing the guide in steps.

Make sure you have the weapon in your hotbar when the server crashes. (if you have not done this step, no need to be here. Click away).
Relog onto either one of the servers during the crash*.

*1 of 2 things will happen here. Either you will get the /restore all command to refund your stuff. Or nothing will happen at all.

Follow these steps if you have the /restore all command.

Simply do /restore all and receive your lost items.
Profit?

Follow these steps if you have not go the /restore all command

Join the server and gather proof of the /restore command not being there and the fact the server crashed and other necessary evidence needed to be refunded.
Upload the proof to the forums along with a request to get your items refunded
Profit?

Side note:

if you don't get your refund as you didn't get the proof and other things needed. Don't be this guy.
