TOPIC: I got demoted.

Yes, I did. For inactivity. And by all honesty, they had all the right to do so. But the one thing that I'm more disappointing about, is not being able to remain Forum Staff in the SSRP section.
I did so much as Staff on SSRP, and so much as Staff in the SSRP Forum Section, and now to be demoted for me playing Fallout 4 for some time this week.
I'm sorry that I'm not allowed to AFK in another game, and then get punished for it.
But I don't even get to explain my side of the story in this situation.
I'm gonna think about what options I have now

With that position, you're essentially an ambassador of the RP server on the forums here. Regardless of what the demotion reason was, if you couldn't maintain your responsibilities on the RP server, then I don't think it's fair for you to keep that rank on the forums.

Keep in mind it's nothing personal. You're a great guy. Just shedding some light for you. From experience, I'd say people are more forgiving when it comes to activity anyway. I don't think it would be too hard for you to re-apply for powers and get your position back.

I see the point in demoting you for inactivity with SSRP server, but on the forums I do not. Fenn I see you day to day spending your up most available time on the forums, especially in the SSRP section and helping people which is amazing. I know Fallout 4 is addictive and you enjoy playing it, but hey ho if you do end up applying for SSRP forum or server side staff you may be able to prove them wrong. Don't see this as a downside, but as an opportunity.

Hope to see you around on the forums or in-game some time, your a really cool guy ^-^
