We didn't block off any entrances, we placed some props to slow people down. But as far as blocking an entrance off entirely we didn't do that. With the back vent we just added a prop so they can't run out but there was enough spacing. For the Top vent we added a prop that people would land on to delay movement. And the vault door we had a guy just closing everytime they opened. 1 guy had a colt python, I had an Lmg, 1 guy had a knife and nothing else, and the guy that took the screenshot had an ak47.

EDIT: And it wasn't door abuse because he wasn't spamming E, every-time the vault swung open we would close it. There are a few illegal placed props, but not many.
