ABOUT FACELESS
Welcome to this Gang that I have recently come up with. We are a gang that will be Faceless by which I mean Masked/ Anonymous. This gang will be basing and raiding more often then other gangs and with the help of you we can make this a fun gang to be in instead of just basing and raiding constantly although we do it more often then others. I am assuring you that there will be training exercises to help you improve and also you may be tested to see how much you have improved. Now let us have our turn for a strike.
RULES ABOUT THE GANG

Respect other members/allies.
Let other members/ allies base and raid with you.

Do not raid members/allies bases.
Don't mug other members/allies.

Don't steal from members bases.

RANKS

LEADER
This is the rank of the owner. He can make decisions with the gang, recruiting and punishments as well.

COMMUNITY
This is a rank where they make the decisions in what is going to happen in the gang such as promoting members or demoting members. All other ranks must listen to the community.

OFFICER
Someone who takes in charge of all lower ranks below them. They just invite other members in the gang to come raid a base. All lower ranks must listen to the Officer's commands or they can report to the higher ranks such as the community.

INFORMER
The informer is mostly raiding all the time. The informer sits in hiding where their other members are raiding and they inform them when the person who owns the base comes back.

UNDERCOVER
Slightly similar to the Informer but this rank is when they hide in places and snipe people shooting at their teammates. (This will not result in RDM)

Demolition
At the start of the raid the demolition person will use an explosive weapon to annihilate props.

AssasinSpy

RECRUITERS
They basically recruit people in the gang but they will probably have to inform the community if they are unsure about if they should invite them into the gang. Also they greet the people to the gang and explain to them about the gang before recruiting them.

COLLECTORS
These people will collect the loot during a raid, but other ranks can collect the money. These people can bring drugs and other sorts of things including Printers.

DEFENDERS
These members will be the defending. It would be unusual to go out unless they need to get something such as get something from the bank.

SOLDIERS
These members are the lowest rank of the gang. They are allowed to join any raid and can defend. Of course they can apply for a different rank but they must complete an assignment.

I was thinking along the lines of Skulduggery Pleasant "The Faceless Ones", a book by author Derek Landy; a good read and a fine book series.
