They don't refund for rule breaks, only bugs or server crashes.
Someone might give it for free.

That isn't true you shouldn't have to make forums topic because they would have told you to make an f1 and have admin check logs and see who killed you last and what job they are and if they are a muntant then bring them and you shoe them proof of where they was when he killed you
