One thing you have no proof
and second you are not using the right template
so if you dont change this things then your not getting a refund

Hello sorry to hear your troubles but here at zap we dont give refunds for rule breaks but if spme one would be kind enough to give you one apart from that we can't do much.

You can ask around and see if anyone will pity you, but we don't officially refund for rulebreaks, nor do you have sufficient proof that you were even RDM'd.
