Hi everyone

so tonight in server 1 I left my car out on the road (Locked) to see what sort of people stole it because sometimes I get some cops fail RP'ing. So I decided to record and catch the rule breakers. I uploaded a video to YouTube fully showing everyone I caught and would like some feedback on it . The video link is

I'm going to be honest with you, when I was on the server at the time was recording there was 15 F1's which were un-handled but this was because the F1 system was bugged, nobody could answer F1's. To be honest I'm not a fan of you baiting them to break rules instead of informing them of what they're about to do wrong. If you see that someone is about to break tell them before they do as such, we're here to make sure the players enjoy their time not bait them into breaking rules so we can warn them. I really hope that most of the staff understand that making sure someone doesn't break a rule in the first place is better than warning them once they do.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I know some people may be upset over the 8 F1s that were un-handled but like Brandify said they were bugged and could not be handled because it said, 'Invalid F1'. With the F1's I only ever play Zarp mainly to complete F1's so I am allowed to role play time to time without worrying about F1's when there is over 10 staff members online.

Tyler; I wanted to see them actually break the rule before acting upon it. It may seem as baiting, but it's easier for me to put something right when I catch people in the wrong (Breaking rules). I personally believe this is a better way to catch people out before they upset any non-staff member. If you did watch the full video you can see that I handled any situations correctly.

Sorry to anyone I may have upset over this video.

Tyler; I know you dislike the way I handled it but put yourself in a players shoes where you have no powers to do anything and two cops come up to you demanding you to get out of your own car when you may have expensive items on you or not. These guys knew what they was doing wrong obviously and they shouldn't be doing that so if we as a staff team can catch the rule breakers before they upset any players that love playing the server we can make it a better environment for every player.

Also there is no correct way for this situation.

If he would to talk to them before they would've broken the rule, that they were clearly going to break, then he could've only given them a verbal warning.

And here is something about verbal warnings

If there are a lot of F1s that need doing staff should do them not just ignore them as this is their job. Also you do not need to be on duty when helping with F1s.

Ok, sometimes when I spectate an RDMer, I watch him kill multiple people before acting. Why? I want to make sure it wasn't just a mistake. I want to make sure the user's only intent is to break rules.
