cacox has being playing for a while and his perm ban was unfair as i was with him when this happend and the admin walker didnt even give him a chance to explain why the accidental propspam happened

First of all, right click does not spawn in dupes.
Second of all, Walk3r claimed that you pasted welded dupes and then continued to unfreeze them. You don't seem that much apologetic about it either.
You are allowed to appeal again in 1 week.
Next time please be more descriptive with your situations, and be 100% honest, to have a chance to being unbanned.
