TOPIC: My Resignation

Hello,

First of all, I am resigning from SSRP staff, but you can takeaway TS staff if you really want to. I'm resigning as I recently joined Year 9 (Grade 8 I think?) and my schoolwork and homework has gotten harder. I am unable to be active on SSRP as I'm busy doing homework and such instead of the work needed from an SSRP Admin. Another reason is I'm getting bored of SSRP as I've been playing the same server for just under 2 years now. Oh and I agree with some other resigned staff on how the SSRP Admins really need to stop being competitive, rushing F1s, and attempting to demote people for EVERY wrong thing they do. I may join SSRP every now and then but I'm going to be focusing on other games and my schoolwork.

So I know that a lot of people are wanting new ranks every day/meeting, I've been through it all and I feel as if I can help you with some advice and tips

Users to Moderators :

• Don't break rules, and help others to follow them, even as a user.
• Always be respectful and friendly, RP or not people may get a bad impression of you.
• If applying, you can ask some staff members to help with their F1s, this may help you with some situations and you can write about it on your application!
• Make plenty of F1s, but try not to waste a staff members time, if you aren't sure if it was "RDM" or something, try PMing the person who killed you about it.
• Work hard!

Moderators to Administrators :

• Complete plenty of F1s, but remember, quality over quanity (we're not joking)!
• Always follow the rules, and help others to understand them.
• Always be friendly and respectful, everyone loves a friendly person.
• Never, ever get mad, remain calm and be a great mod we know you can be!
• Please, no arguing in admin chat, and no RP stuff.
• Don't do adverts on duty unless it's an event with an admin.
• Be active!
• Work hard!

Administrators to Super Administrators :

• Do plenty of F1s, again, quality of quantity!
• Be very active and dedicated.
• Don't let your dreams be dreams, SO JUST DO IT.
• If you really think you can do it and you have some high ranked staff who agree, you can ask them for some advice too and ask them to watch you deal with situations every now and then.
• Ask to help in the meetings, asking SAs if you can help with strawpolls will make them happy if you don't mess up like me.
• Always, always, ALWAYS, be friendly and respectful.
• Communicate with as many people on the staff team you can, and make FRIENDS, not enemies.
• Work hard

Paramontana - Thank you for helping me get SA, I had always been trying to impress you but I guess it was not enough, sorry. You are a very hardworking member of staff and I have no idea why you aren't head-admin. I'd also love to play Rocket League with you again some time, I'm not AS bad now

Blocked - A great member of staff, funny and friendly too
