Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
RDM: If I were walking down the street to my home and i got shot in the back by a player with an M4 for no reason the player is now commiting an act of RDM "Random Deathmatch" This is a warnable rule break though can lead to kick or ban if on a mass scale.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
If I died by a cop I was trying to assassinate as a Hitman and I go back to the same place to kill him I am commiting an act of NLR. This is where you go back to where you die before the two minute time expires.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is a phrase used when people roleplay in Out Of Character chat or OOC. This is the man way of Metagaming but there are probably more.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would always listen to both sides of the story and give both players time to cool down as not to cause offense and more issues.I find more and more on servers admins tend to warn first and ask questions later which I was never known to do on the servers I was Admin on. If I find player Y has RDM'd player X I will give his a 120 second jail and try to reason with him not to do it again.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
First I would check the first kill was not RDM of course. Then I would ask player Y why he broke NLR. If he wanted Revenge RDM thats not ok and is a jail. But I would let him off once to teach him not to do it again.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would tell the player to not Metagame and explain what it is to him. I would ask him to put it in advert and let people help him.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words)
First I want to say I have one warning for arresting an Admin with an 18k bounty. Ok now thats out of the way I want to say how good the server is and how nice the people on it are to each other. The staff are some of the most effecient I have seen on any server and it's really the only server that does not annoy me with 10 year old admins. Today the staff really inspired me to want to help the server by responing to my F1's stupidly quickly since there is about 10 admins and 70 players. Thats why I played Police all day. Anyway they inspired me to apply for Moderator or Trial-Mod and I want to thank the entire Staff team just for being there. When I had my Admin on my old server i would dedicate myself to Gmod everday after school and on the weekends. I was on 6 hours everyday and still got demoted because of the reformation of the staff team. I don't really have any special qualities except for dedication to a server and I really want to help ZARPRP beocme not only the best DarkRP server for me but for all of the DARKRP players.

I hope you at least give me a chance.

i warned you today for RDA

You warned me for arresting you for having an 18k wanted. When I tried to explain you said you dont arrest on accident and you returned me and warned me even though you saw me typing a message.

Your application is quite messy, I'd recommend bolding the questions, and seperating them from the answers.

Use the [.b] and [./b] tags without the dots to bold things, make sure you put the one without the slash at the start of what you want to bold, and the one with the slash at the end of the thing you want to bold.

That is a bit bugged.

You don't arrest someone for that you arrest ONLY if they have the "WANTED" over their head. i is misleading i know but tats what seems to have happened.

just because i have an 18k fine thing it doesnt mean you arrest me i need to be either wanted or have a big gun in my hand xD

So he got warned, not a big deal. I don't know his past warn/ban history but I can assure you many great admins/SA's got accepted with having a warning in the week of getting accepted. To name a few Bilbo got accepted with 2 warning in that week and turned to be a great SA's and me myself, that got accepted with a warning a few days before and became the best admun the server ever saw.
So don't go full ham on him for having a warning.

I never really saw you in-game as I'm not that active anymore, you could improve your game-time a bit and try to get more known in the community.
