TOPIC: Complaint against Brother Walter

Today I had the pleasure of being NLR'd three times in a raid by people I do not wish to name. This then lead to me sending a request out which was urgent. Despite not being afk, and casually talking to his friends, Walter paid no attention towards my request. This then lead to a loss of approximately $120,000 (I know it is not much, but it is to some and can lead to someone getting annoyed and quitting the server) and the violator getting away with it. But why not just call another admin? There were none on and when one did come on, the logs already expired. If Brother Walter paid attention towards my request on time instead of not even giving a response to me but giving a response to his friends, maybe I would have my money and justice will be served to the violator.

I was there. I called him a tosser then he bans me rather than the guy my pal was complaining about.
10/10 would call an admin a tosser to get attention.

Edit - You could however gather proof and make a ban request here on the forums if your f1 isnt answered.

This was early in the morning, there were not many players there. There were only two of us who were saying we needed him. I would say a ban or demotion is a bit harsh but I just want him to understand that if he is the only admin and people need help, that is part of the job because I lost money unfairly and that can encourage some people to have a negative perspective on the server.

Is there any warning system for staff members?

Just an FYI admins resirve the rights not to take f1's while wanting to role play even if the only one on the server, if more staff are needed the get on ts or steam and get an admin to join.

Well I started reading your report and felt kind of sorry for you but then I see the images. Staff handle 100s of reports a day and I wouldn't expect yours to be left out but stuff happens and it always doesn't work out that way the devs was looking at a punishment log addon the other night and one mentioned that there was over 70k punishments logged since that system as been put in place so from what I can see they are doing a good job maybe to good of a job. Now to you: Those images was downright disrespectful and if I was there you would of been globally muted and not given the opportunity to speak with anyone your language was filthy and I wouldn't care one bit if they didn't answer another one of your reports again until you apologied to that staff member.
