Some players can join, some can't. Including me a few hours ago.
I've found a temporary fix for anyone having this problem, use a VPN.

Here's a link to a VPN that will work.

Warning: Spoiler! [ Click to expand ]

Just simply look for Windows (xp+) / Mac and download, install and open it.
Select any VPN server and connect to it, it will take a bit.
Once it's connected you should be able to connect to the servers, however I only checked server 1.

I'm sure that any other VPN will work though, so if you got your own, you can use that.
