So... according to the rules Bribing isn't allowed, right?

2.10 Bribing - You're not allowed to bribe players to become other jobs. IE: /advert Change to cop so I can rob the bank and I will play you 50K or /say I will pay you 10k to change to thief and go rob that guy over there.

Yet, I made a F1 and was told bribing was allowed (This F1 was handled by mycherrycrush). Now.. am I not understanding this rule, or is it that one of the staff members do not understand the rules? Two people came up to me and started begging for a mining job, and offering money. I told them no, but they were still insistent. This is fail RP, no? While this isn't exactly a big deal, I just want to clear this up, and I'm not sure if some staff members have knowledge of some rules.
