TOPIC: The f1 issue

Alright I've had a few staff come up to me with this. If you see other staff ignoring f1s conducting themselves poorly or anything else, record it. Doesn't matter if its bandi-fucking-cam, evidence will be the only way to get things done.

This has been an ellusive yet somewhat un-predictable problem that you dear staff can help.

Keep in mind I'm half asleep while writing this.

he is saying if you see staff ignoring F1's and not conducting themselves respectfully and professional then record it and post about it the F1 issue is that the staff are ignoring or may be missing some F1's because of misclicking he is basically just saying he is

I have made a post about this happening before so i dont think it is just starting now i really think staff should be trained to in the case they are the only staff online drop their rp and help those on the server who have put in an f1

I honestly don't think it's in the training. I think they don't care much for anyone but themselves. I believe the only reason they got staff was to benifit themselves.

I feel like coming back to help you guys, I don't care if the staff team ends up hating me because I got their abusive friend demoted because by the sounds of it you guys are tired of the way staff are treating you guys.

Whether I'm Admin or not, I'll still try and get the useless staff demoted because Zarp is meant to be an upstanding community. One of my friends who owns another Gmod community ( less known ) played on Zarp recently and said Zarp had some of the worst staff he's seen.

Complete offence to those staff, you know exactly who you are.

Call me salty, but this shouldn't be anyone's idea of fun, being ignored by staff or just plain treated badly by them.

Seriously if I was moderator I wouldn't do what half of these guys do now I'm not bragging about myself but seriously some of these guys only want staff for their own purpose so if someone raids their base breaking a rule they can warn them they don't go out and do f1's yes some of you guys do and I appreciate all of you guys that have helped and still help I'm not going to name names but you guys know who you are .

This thread is compete horse shit!!!! Where is the proof of all these so called staff members not doing f1s I've joined with Alts and made f1s and they have all be done in a readable time. Just because you press f1 and there isn't a admin standing on your head doesn't make them lazy or bad staff. You guys need to either get some proof or turn the replay button off because nothing will happen without it. Staff complain about other staff but who's to say that they haven't been doing 900 f1s before you join and felt like taken a break they could of been going through the same shot when you/whom ever wasn't on the server.

I agree with Red in a sense that all the F1's get delt with however they are just not done in the fastest of time but this can be because of multiple reasons such as; active staff are busy doing F1's already, there is a situation that staff members are dealing with that isn't F1 related or I dare say the staff member is having a break and RPing. There are times admittedly when more staff members should be doing F1's but there is usually an SA to boot everyone into line.

I agree with you red. They could have done all that.
That doesn't mean I have to re-iterate numerous times. The point of this post was notifying an SA won't end up with much done. If you do see an issue record it. SAs are not omniscient.

Although I have seen f1 times go between 30 seconds to 4 hours (while there was staff on and not afk).

The point of this post was to notify staff about how to go about reporting staff if need be. Telling an SA yOU saw something is just groundless accusations.

Thats why new mods are better

The F1 handling will always be unstable sometimes people do them instantly and sometimes it takes a Loong time. Nothing cAn be done to fix it, if we force staff to do f1s 24/7 nobody wants to be stAff anymore
