Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random deathmatch , AKA RDM: Randomly shooting or killing one or more individuals without a specific reason.

Example: John walks over to the gun shop to buy some guns for his gang, but the citizen with a gun decides to shoot him for no actual reason (Hints: always Make an F1 appeal if this happens)

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New life rule. AKA: NLR
Means that once you have died, you may not return to the area you died at, you basically have no memory of your past life, and since you don't remember anything , taking revenge on the person who killed you is also an offense of Fail RP

Example: John got Rdm'ed and now wishes to go back to the spot where he died at to go buy some guns, with the intend of taking revenge on the citizen who recently shot him, but he cant. Since the timer on the top-mid of the screen says that there is 3 minutes till he can go back to his past spot, if he chooses to go to that area, he will become a rule breaker himself.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming
Means that you're receiving/giving information you/other people shouldn't know.

Example: John now decides that he wants to skype with a friend, now this particular friend has wallhack. The friend gives john the information of the current whereabouts of some printers that are easily accessible. John is now metagaming, since that if he didn't have that friend by his side to guide him to the whereabouts he wouldn't ever figure it out himself

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
If player x Doesn't have any video/photographic proof, that player y randomly killed him i could never figure it out. i would simply tell player x, that he needs to remember to always have proof if anything happens. But if player x has proof, i would give player y a warning (Reasoning:RDM)

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
If the kills are less than 3 minutes apart, i would warn player y for NLRING ; But if player y is a police officer and is protecting the vault against player x which is currently raiding it, i would simply tell player x the rules of the vault. which is that if a vault raid is currently undertaking, police officers may NLR to the vault.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would first off tell player x he shouldn't write it in OOC since that is metagaming, (he's giving information out others shouldn't know) and instead of typing in OOC, type in advert.

Why I should be chosen.
I am a moderate teenage male, that is looking for a nice freetime doing, plus I often see a lot of people constantly complaining about their F1 reports not being dealt with. Me being there to help would honestly be a pleasure, I do have previous experience administrating DarkRP servers, some of the communities I've been admin for are Ingsan, Ultra and a few other minor servers. I'm fully aware of all the rules that are currently on the MOTD. This server is really the only one i play on, I would love and hope to see this server become one of the most popular DarkRP servers in all of Garry's Mod. With my help, I do think that people would appreciate and enjoy the server to the fullest and start roleplaying as intended
