You can be on the phone with just about any tech support for hours and they get paid to do that job. Our staff get paid NOTHING at all so I think a response time of 5mins is absolutely fantastic. You have to remember that just because you made an f1 that there wasn't 20 before you and that you're just qued up. I watch the staff do f1s and they fight for them when there is a lot of staff on so the fact that they don't do them is just incorrect. If you see a staff member not doing them it's no ones job to call them lazy or say they aren't helping because no one as any idea how many f1s they have done that morning or after noon and they are human and can take breaks and they can role play and they can go afk. If anyone as a problem with the wait time or anything to do with the response of a f1 all I have to say is apply for staff and do a better job yourself. Half of the time when you see people rage in ooc are the people that break rules themselves so now they so desperately want to get someone in trouble.

Unfortunately i would have to agree before i got any staff rank on zarp the timing of f1's are shocking i as surprised on when they actually turned up and then not being able to do anything because the loggs had reset, however since i have became mod & now Admin i can say that it has actually improved by the time and how staff communicate and help other staff member's on there f1's i can also say that when the staff are probably tired of dealing with f1's they either go afk or just rp which is a shame as there are players who actually need staff and they don't turn up until its too late,

i think that with more staff members who can be trusted with the responsibility of staff rank and the trust of not abusing as there has been a few who has been demoted or resigned as there was too much and they couldn't handle it personaly i think our timing on f1's are slow and could be improved ive been afk for 10 mins and came back to 10-20 + f1's and they have been sitting there for longer then 20 - 30 mins and no one has responded, we should have a gui that if a f1 has been sitting for longer then 20 mins they should have a message asking if they want to re submit another f1 or something
