TOPIC: Admins/Moderators on ZARP |1|

Recently (Past Couple Of Weeks) i have noticed that the response of mod/admins to F1 calls have been absolutely shocking, i know that many other people have been realizing the F1 responses by going from riots in OOC to people screaming in advert to then people Mass RDMing to get staff's attention. I Actually timed a F1 response time (Soon as i put my F1 in) and it took 83m 2m 42s.
This makes no sense by 1h and 23m the problem will no longer occur or the player has left the server. But not just this also some times my F1 doesnt even get dealt with... I Think this problem has been effecting the commuinity alot for example: Yesterday i witnessed a hacker and placed a F1.... 30 minutes later the hacker has left and i had no proof to provide to the staff member. But if the staff member came straight away he would of be able to spectate the hacker and see for him/herself that he was clearly hacking. My last point, i have also noticed that if you are in a gang (BrotherHood or M.A.D.M.E.N) and members are staff you get a instant TP or response from them. This in completely unfair and makes other commuinity members feel less important but they actually placed a F1.

Hopefully next week in the meeting you can reinforce strict rules upon current staff members and hopefully F1's will be sorted faster that the orignal '@' way that is used on other servers.

Staff meeting, most mods will most likely do the F1s as soon as their part of the meeting is done.

THIS. Thank you Juan. I COMPLETELY agree. When I was staff, it would take me and one other staff member to knock out the whole server's F1's with 90 players on board. YES that took HOURS, but we did it because we were the only ones on.

F1 system broken? set up a meeting point so players can go and report! One of the moderators did this, Jokerman. He was ON TOP OF THINGS, meanwhile the other staff that werent afk literally used it as an excuse not to do a report, and literally tucked their tail and ran from me.

"I don't want to be stuck doing F1's for hours on end!!" You VOLUNTEERED for the position! Comes with the territory.

I am just saying. the past week+ that I have been back, there has been little to no f***s given by the staff members on when I am on server 1.

THIS is an issue.

I admit, it's an issue ON OCCASION, sometimes staff are all RPing or are otherwise preoccupied, I know about this personally because I've mostly been printing and watching the TI5 this week, the same time, and I assume at certain times other staff do similar things.

The main issue is all of the staff are on server 2, not enough on server 1.

It's awful when most mods are just raiding/basing and additionally the F1 system is broken.

I know how you feel but sometimes staff members need to take a break for example I play on sever 1 most of the time and sometimes it ends up me taking care of 70 people clearly this will not work and I do agree that most of the staff on sever 1 don't do f1s

I think we're gonna start cracking down on people not doing f1s.

Acceptable reasons to not be doing f1s: you are currently raiding or being raided
Not acceptable reasons: writing an admin application for two hours, looking for bases to raid, basing, owning a shop.
We have 126 staff and CLIMBING. This should not be happening

Damn, I seemed to have left as soon as it turned to shit.

Towards the end of my time as Admin, I got bored of RP and did more F1's. When that became too much to handle, I just resigned because I was getting little help and I don't want to be working with some members of the staff team who are next to useless and have the badge for the sake of it, the power or the little extra respect.

It really disgusts me to see people so lazy.

I'd also like to touch on something else that he mentioned. The favouritism. I don't play SSRP anymore but when I did most of the staff members basically applied so that they could punish people who broke a rule against them or their friends. They do no F1s unless their friends, gang members etc. make them and it has to stop.

Since the 10 moderators were accepted most F1s are handled immediately. Let's hope it will stay this way.
