Personality/Me:

First off, I want to start out with saying, yes I can be mingy as times I will admit that, but not more than anyone else, and when it comes down to the line I am a very professional and do my job very well as Super Admin. I have had many times when admins and mods will message me on steam confirming rules, etc. This shows that I am a very approachable person and can be contacted at all times to help other staff members and users even if I am not home at my computer. I can be poked at all times in the team speak and am always open to help all players and staff members. I will never turn anyone down looking for help, and that is why a lot of people will come to me for help.

Activity:

First off, I would like to start with my activity, Across Zarp SSRP servers I am a very active Super Admin if not the most active, I play many hours a day and many days across the week while in a sport and work. While on the server I spend a lot of time Role playing, as long as making sure staff is doing what they need and helping them as much as possible to help them improve when I am on. Although living in the US means i have to get on early in the morning and during my afternoon, I still maintain a very high activity throughout the week and make sure I get on during those times. There are many times during my day when I will hop on and help people when they steam message me, especially during my night when everyone in Europe is asleep especially on Server 3.

Experience:

My experience as a Super Admin has taught me a lot. I have spent countless hours helping other admins, and mods to help them become better and be a great staff member. I have spent 2 months and 1 week as a Super Admin without a single report against me (on the server), I know how to use my powers and how to not abuse them. As long as Super Admin on Zarp , I have spent a little while as a Super Admin on Friendly Players (when it was active).

Trustworthiness:

I am a very respected member of Zarp and a very trustworthy Staff member. I have been staff on Zarp for a combined year and have never had any reports against me or have ever abused any of my powers. I currently hold SSRP Super Admin and a team speak staff rank, as well as Head Admin on Friendly Players.

My Time as a Super Admin:

Along my time as a SSRP Super Admin, I have cam across many situations in which I have handled and completed well, and not being biased towards one side, which seems to be a bigger issue right now. I work to help other admins and mods complete their jobs right and make sure everyone has a good experience while playing SSRP. I will always volunteer to help train new accepted staff members and have done so many times. I work everyday to make sure hackers don't come across our servers and always will anti-cheat people when asked if they are cheating, over my time I have caught many people and will continue to do this. As Super Admin I look over staff members and will help them, and many will come to me as i'm an easy person to talk to and this is one things i would like to get more of the SSRP Staff Team to do, is to work more together.

Plans For Head Admin:

One of my main points as a Head Admin is to get the SSRP team to work more together as a Team, especially the Lead Team
Help lower staff members get a hold of the rules better and certain scenarios they have trouble with
Think of better ways to improve SSRP in the US and new suggestions
