TOPIC: Demote vote moved to trusted players

While I'm online, i witness a very high amount of random demotes for reasons like RDM (Witch is not a demote reason) this should be left to admins/mods to deal with not for players to deal with. And some people use the reason "random demote" witch is just silly. I suggest placing demote for VIPs (higher) only able to demote because a lot of people get banned from jobs from little kids just demoting because they got raided. Also it's probably a pain in the ass for admins to reset peoples jobs, because of random demotes. Also people use the fact that they hate that person so that they demote them simply because they hate him. Witch in the long run makes them eager to demote each other causing long-term arguments. So i believe making vote demote for trusted users only would reduce the amount of problems my a massive majority,

i belive this is a good idea, lemme discuss it with agent.

I feel like, although there are some random demotions, currently, with the lack of admins at later times, this would allow rule breakers to run free. For example if an officer is abusing their battering ram for example, and there is no admin on, they would be able to go on for a long time. I just don't think there would be enough "trusted players" to be able to do this effectivly. At some times there may only be one "trusted player" online, which would mean they could basically make any decision on who they wanted to demote by themselves.

People be people, and people rage for various reasons. This aside, I think the trusted players will just use this as 'privilege' to make themselves (for example) the only gundealer on the server, for the simple reason 99/100 times people vote yes on demotions.

I think is a good idea, but not mod+ demote, make a new rank, trusted!
