That is the link of a photo from my phone and that is me buying the booster pack for my 1st time for £3/5$.

I got on the server ready to get it and hope for a orb but... no i cant get my booster pack and i have not got any og my items from this/money.

I have link my steam account

I have reloged and gone to an Staff member about it and they said to come here.

I'd like to have my items and thats all.

Thanks for supporting ZARP! We have taken a look into this issue for you and found that you have multiple accounts on ZARP, your other account Crofty (zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/profile/15593-crofty) has a ZARP VIP upgrade, and this account has a Booster Pack upgrade. We need to move your upgrades onto one account in order for them to appear in-game. Do you want us to move your booster pack to the Crofty account and disable this account (Themanthat123)?

Hi Crofty,

Thanks for getting back to us. We have unlinked your current account Themanthat123
and moved all of your upgrades including your booster pack onto your Crafty account. All you need to do now is reconnect to the server and claim your booster pack from the F4 Menu on the Donate tab. Be sure to use your Crafty account on the ZARP forums from now onwards, and don't link your Steam profile to another account. Enjoy your booster pack and as always thanks for supporting ZARP!
