Suggestion Title: Murder - [VIP-ONLY]

How would it benefit the server: It Allows A More Serious Criminal Than Just A Thief Or A Drug Dealer

Potential Issues/Exploits: Many People Might Just Use It To RDM If They Dont Follow The Rules Of The Job Right

Additional notes:Spawns With - Knife , Lockpick
Max Amount: 1
Payday: $50
Description: You are the most wanted man in the city. You are in a disguise and you must break into people's houses and kill them. You are insane over the loss of your brother, Who was a gangster killed in a CP raid.
You have a extreme hate for Citizens , CPs , As one of them might be the killer. You Have to Kill everyone in dark areas such as a alley or when no one is in sight , or just when you break into their house's

Other Notes: Knife is a 2 hit kill. 1 Hit on Backstab.
Cant be killed for doing nothing.
Must give up rank when dead.-AKA: Must Be Demoted Back To A Citizen
