I've played ZARP on-and-off for 2 years - in that time, I have obviously seen a lot change. Recently I have noticed a worrying trend: there are a LOT of admins on SSRP, and the majority of these spend their time doing the things you mentioned. When I see an F1 being dealt with, it is almost always a moderator straining himself to do a large amount of F1's while admins sit around doing practically nothing.

F1's are staff responsibility, so moderators should be expected to do them... however, I think many admins need a reminder that this is a SHARED responsibility.

I just want to point out, I'm not resigning because Bilbo was using that bind, I'm resigning because I have to do loads of F1s when others do nothing, and if you say "you shouldn't have applied if you didn't want to do lots of F1s", you're absolutely right.
