TOPIC: [SSRP] Phantom's Resignation

Hey guys, so I'm resigning from SSRP. I'm going to keep it short but basically I'm resigning for 2 reasons:
1. I keep getting scalded and even reported for either doing my job or breaking "unwritten rules".
2. I spend all my free time miserably wading through a pool of F1s and still get comments like these:

I'm still going to play actively on the servers, just focus more on TTT, maybe even Deathrun, and apply there so I can help the server in a less depressing way. I know a lot of you won't miss me but to you fun guys thanks -Phantom

You do realize the message werent pointed just at you but at all the staff. And you have to realize when there is 12 unhandled f1s and 10+ staff and im the only one doing them i need peoples help. Thats why the bind

Seriously?
The whole reason you become staff is to do F1s and help people. So if you didn't get staff to do F1s, one is left to wonder why you did originally.

If youre resigning because you are spending time being staff then you don't deserve to be staff.

Hmph. I can in some way see your perspective, but all this is is causing a dilemma.

If he was messaging you, it would've been a different situation. In no way was Bilbo targeting just you or this would have been done in a private channel, PM.

This is a bind i made even before you got staff so i find it quite outragous that you claim that im just pointing it at you. If you have been and actually talked with me im saying do f1s atleast once every 10 minutes because they get stacking.

Taken at the same time. I took this picture to show there weren't many F1s, and lots of staff were on them. No need to spam it.
Anyway, that's not my point. My point is that I can't even take 5 minutes off to RP without having to do F1s and that's not what I want.

Let's just keep it to the point that he has resigned and there shouldn't be an argument.

Anyways, you just got mod last week, and now you're resigning ? just because he typed it in the admin chat doesn't mean he's just talking to you, it is meant for all the staff members, your role as a staff member is to help players as much as you can. that is why you applied isn't it? to help players? and when he first typed it, there were 7 unhanded f1s and there were only 2/3 doing them, then other staff members started doing them.

Server is literally hell. I joined it back few days ago and estimated time to receive help is from 30 mins (at peak time) to 2 hours.

I cant describe it with words, I see staff members online "building bases", "roleplaying" when people are literally spamming, metagaming, disrespecting.

I can clearly understand you Phantom, thanks for your service.

Bilbo only types that bind when there are loads of F1s unhandled.

There is no need for the hate comments, I have never met you Phantom, but you seem like a nice guy. You can't blame him for resigning, when it is the lazy staff's fault. No one can keep up with F1s from 80 players, even Bilbo, an SA asks for help and I remember how annoying it is when you ask for help, but staff keep RPing.
edit: No, I am not implying you should keep doing f1s none stop, I am saying those who don't should do their part.
