TOPIC: Refund Request

I Was playing on the RP server for a while and decided to rob the bank with some friends, in my case i got a diamond lockpick blueprint (unlucky) which i later decided to sell. After about 45 mins of trying to sell it the shop checkout disappeared in front of my eyes. The attached screenshots provide evidence of me having the lockpick BP in the shop, and the shop checkout's disappearance. I also lost some other things which i do not care about. Hopefully i can get a refund for at least the lockpick BP

Another problem is that about 10 mins before i lost the store checkout, i bought a diamond pickaxe BP from some guy for 250k. I have no evidence of this. I was trying to sell the pickaxe BP in my shop as well as the lockpick BP, meaning that i lost it, however i cannot prove this.

There is no way a shop would disappear like that. Only if you changed jobs. Tell me, did you take part in the hitman event? It was taking place just about when you said your shop disappeared.

I saw the hitman event but i did not take part nor change jobs. Also some other guy had the same thing happen at the same time

I sold him the Diamond Pickaxe BP, it maybe admins did some cleanup or something for event?
