TOPIC: [Refund] The server crashed when I had a shop

5 Diamond Pickaxe Blueprints (Only have proof for one)
6 Diamond Lockpick Blueprint
1 Ares Shrike
1 Molotov Cocktail Blueprint (No Proof)
Explanation -
I created a store and the server crashed so I lost everything in it. I have screenshots of my store, the console showing me adding the things and me timing out. This happened twice on both servers in the space of 10 minutes but I only have proof for one of the crashes. I have attached proof.

Good luck getting refunded. They should also add a shop refund function. Sadly 2 days ago I lost 2 Ares Shrikes, 2PKM's, a matador, a Molotov BP, 5 uranium, 14 Steel and a minigun. Was AFK, no time to take pictures for proof sadly.

I should get refunded, I think thats enough proof. They really do need a refund function for shops though, I agree.
