TOPIC: Keep having game crashed and losing tons of money.

hi, my game once crashed while i was robbing the vault and had only 22 secs left for me to have the money and the cases. And it sometimes it even crashes just when i have TONS of printers. i really hope i can get my 387,682$ and 2 cases that i missed. Or atleast fix this problem as to what im seeing, im not the only one having it.

Its your end your not getting anything they only refund server crashes.

I'm sorry to say but we only refund if it was server-side and not client-side.

If it's your game crashing then it's not really something we need to refund you for, you can search for solutions online if you look in the right places. Judging by the screenshot, I think you mean the server crashing and there are tools the staff have to prevent most cases of this happening but it isn't easy to prevent completely so it the server will go down now and then like every other server.
Sadly I cannot refund you for the loss of vault loot, just try again and you'll get it. As for the printers, when you return after the server has crashed it will tell you to type a command to reclaim your printers.
