So i was playing zarp, as a shop owner selling my blueprints but then the server disconnected and I lost my items. I tried /restore that didn't work.

Add screenshots of your console that you lost the items due connection lost.

A quick tip. Never sell expensive items using the checkout, ive lost a few and learnt just to advert it instead.
