TOPIC: [REFUND] Diamond Pickaxe incident

I had a Diamond Pickaxe (proof: & ) and was mining Ruby and got killed by a guy who thought you were allowed to mug in the mining area.

Jayo, a moderator for this server handled my F1 and issued Red Fox a warning for his actions, you can see him apologizing here:

Jayo told me to post on the forums here with the proof that I owned the diamond pickaxe beforehand, along with the screenshot of Red Fox apologizing. I hope this is enough to get a refund.

As I was the Moderator handling this F1 I will tell my side of the story:
From what I understand Red Fox mugged The Di in the mining area while The Di was mining and therefore he lost his Diamond Pickaxe. As we can see from his screenshots he did apologise for mugging him and killing him so that serves as proof to killing him so I proceeded to warn him for Rdm and teleported him back to his previous location and I told The Di that he should post a thread on the forums to get a refund for the lost item.
From what I have seen and heard this looks to be enough evidence to me so hopefully the rest of the staff sees this too.

As he was mugging in mines which is against the rules, zarp doesnt refund for rule breaks, so if someone rdms you with a diamond pickaxe it wont be refunded.

Edit - only way you could be refunded for rulebreak is if a staff member is kind enough to refund you
