TOPIC: Refund Diamond Pickaxe

At around 6:55 EU Time the server got ddos. I was mining with my Diamond Pickaxe and i couldnt refund it when i came back on.

As you can see in the screenshot. Im holding my Diamond Pickaxe and in chat most people are saying about the lag. I Also write in chat about it

Not great proof since it doesn't show that you actually lost the pickaxe.

The best thing is to record your gameplay or atleast take screenshots of the console when you're losing connection.
Ofcourse It's annoying but life isnt fair.

You can't expect them to refund you anything without proofs.
It's sad but that's how it is.

Will it be good proof if i took a screenshot of my inventory and my bank?
I still have around the same money too so that shows i haven't sold it

you should get a /restore.
So yeah. If that doesn't work you should screenshot it.
