TOPIC: Base ilegal

Hi.It was my first time in the update of zarp when and i saw the new bank robbing system and I went to raid the bank system .I saw some guys basing in the bank... And i wanted to know if they can do that ? Because it is impossible to use the bank robbing system so please go to zarp 2 any admin and help me .Because they never delete that base so it is impossible to raid .

it is legal they are defending from cops but they get less reward the more people in the vault so they kos others too
