i mean when you go to the car dealer is the car still there in the menu , or did it just disappear of the game , but still is in the car dealer menu

If it disappeared of the menu it means you might've rented the car and the car's rent ended and you have rent it again

If you bought the car but its not in the menu when you relogged then its a bug

OR maybe you're new to ZARP , if you had a car spawned , then you left , it goes/disappears , since it would just be just useless
