Random Death Match: Random Death match or RDM, is when a player goes up to another player and decides to kill him for no reason that is within the rules. it is the most common broken rule and can happen in almost any situation whether its a player massively killing other people on server (Mass RDM} or someone miss clicking someone else on the street.

Example: Player A decides to go for a quiet stroll down the street to enjoy the scenery when all of a sudden player B Comes up to him and gun him down in broad daylight with out saying a word. this is RDM because player a did not do anything against player b and did not break any server rule and had no reason to commit the murder other then to break the rules.

New Life Rule: the New Life Rule (NLR) is a rule that when a player dies for ANY reason he must forget anything that happened in his previous life and may not return to the same district for at least 3 minutes. the only conditions are if they die at spawn they must leave through the closest tunnel that does not conflict with another NLR or that player is a cop and the police station is being raided by another party. this rule was placed so that the game would simulate role playing more because if you due you forget all that happened before, it was also implemented so that when someone is raiding a heavy secured base and gets a lucky kill, the person that they killed may not continue to help defend the base until 3 minutes have passed.

Example: Player A decides to become a drug dealer and grow some shrooms in his heavy duty base in the factory district, he has lots of printers, guns and valuables in his base and wants to keep growing drugs in a secured place, Player B from a rival gang sees Player A's base and decides to raid him in order to take away his valuables and use them for himself, player B blows up the base and kills player A with a lucky shot in the process, Player A, knowing he has lots of money in his base, rushes back to his base, without waiting 3 minutes, to defend his items. He is breaking NLR and must be warned by a staff member. this is the most recurring case of NLR and happens daily within ZARP

Metagamming: Metagamming is when a player uses the OOC chat (out of character chat) for reasons that fall within his in character role or in character reasons or advert reasons. it is a commonly used source of chatting as it sends a message to all player currently on the server and can help pass information around quickly and since everyone can see it and all you have to do to use it is put "//" in front of your message, people abuse it and use ir for calling out people who break rules or calling for backup when getting raided

Example: Player A has just finished his wonderful base and decides to use i to store all his money printers, word gets around town that his base in unbeatable so it draws a crowd towards it. a group of local thugs from a rival gang decide to raid the base and show their dominance over the enemy gang so they all run in and start shooting, player A is by himself and his gang members have no idea that there base is being raided so he types "HELP I AM UNDER ATTACK BY ENEMY GOONS" in order to hold the base and prove his dominance as a master base builder. since he used the chat that sends to every player his team quickly moves in and takes out the enemy team and even though he has just proved his legacy of master builder he has violated the OOC and must be punished by a warning from a staff member

How I Would Handle Situation: after i get both layers to a secluded area i stop them from screaming at each other and ask player y why he killed player x, if he admits to RDM or gives a situation that would fall under RDM then i warn him either give him a verbal warn or a server warn, if player y says he did it for a reason not under RDM, i would ask player x for hard evidence to put player y behind bars and if he has none i can no longer proceed with the f1 until some shows up or a layer admits to the crime, if he does have some however i would look over evidence and make my decision based off of how close the evidence is to the story.

How I Would Handle It: first thing i do is get the 2 players to a secluded area and then ask the person who made the f1 what there story is of what happened and show any evidence to support his claim (in case he is just RDMing), if he has accurate evidence then i explain to player y that they broke NLR and explain the rule to them and tell them to read rules and give them server warning, if player x has no proof i ask player y their part of the story and if no evidence is resent then i may not take any further action as player x could have RDM'd at spawn or just outside.

How I Would Handle It: The first think i do is tel port to the player and bring him to a secluded place and explain to him how he has broken the rules, if it a small offence like this i will most likely give him a verbal warning and bring him back to where he was but if he is a repeated offender or the metagamming was more severe then that i would give him a server warning and tell him his mistake and to look over rules to make sure id doesn't happen again

I have played on this erver before it was even on bloc 42 and absolutely love it, i was on before the server reset and i also played on the zombie role play for hours, i love the community and feel like i can make a different in helping shape this community into more than just a community.i haven't been banned for over 2 months and i would really appreciate the chance to show that i have become a changed person and am ready to help the populace.
