You can't really do much without some type of proof that would actually prove that what you're saying is true..
Plus i don't really see what's wrong about it, you said "suck my dick" to someone which is disrespectful, and you had an illegal base(you might not have had one but there's nothing to prove otherwise)..

You clearly disrespected someone.
To tell someone "suck my dick kid" is offensive, he had all rights to warn you.
You cant talk like that to someone, If you got accidently double warned for the same rulebreak you should talk with both Staff members and one of them will remove their warning.
