Am can't join to server, says off but in server monitor says on, whats the problem? :/

What server are you trying to join? DarkRP is the one I can help you with.
Try joining through this port 94.23.19.200:27105 or 94.23.19.200:27015
If that doesn't work then you may have a bad addon try removing them from your files or disabling them if that doesn't work I am not sure.

Not working, tried add to legacy browser those 2 wont work for me (shows ip and ping - 2000 ) :/, for addons am dont sure its that problem, all servers says its working, maybe my ip blocked ?
