What did the Staff Member(s) do?: Instantly banned someone for having spawned a printer before he removed his building sign. He didn't give a chance for any explanation or for the sign to be removed. He instantly banned Ashley for a day, no warning, no kick just a ban.

Then when we tried to report him in the sever he removed our F1 reports saying they were spam, then told us to use F1 menu to report him. Which we did and they were removed again and he began taunting us in OOC.

Ok I see all of your evidence couple of points missing 1. I was there and it was 100% legit 2. He/she shoult have removed the sign then placed the Pinters. 3. he/She shoult make the post themself. 4. Now first off: "told us to use F1 Menu to report him" I never tell anyone to report abuse through F1s. I always tell people to report it on the forums.

Second: It was a valid ban, the f1s was spam as you were 5-6 ppl making it at the same time. I had a valid reason to remove the f1s as they were about me abusing, when I had every right to get Ashley banned.

He did not abuse his powers.
You got banned for a rulebreak. I announced the Rule Update yesterday so the ban is legit.
We told some Staff members before to not ban for that reason, however, the official announcement was yestderday,

Theres not enough evidence to take action against him
If your story is true, I agree that one of them should've talked with you and explain what you did wrong insteaf of straight banning you.

Denied.
