You do not have enough proof AlphaMale but I do think I remember a crash so I will craft you another. Come meet me in game to receive it.

You can use /restore all to get your stuff refunded after Server crash.
Also you need a screenshot of your console that proofs that you actually lost connection and that you had the item equipped
