TOPIC: I need a help about rp server

The story is i have stoped play gmod for a month to focus on my test and school stuff ,after i finish the test i come back to gmod
When i come back to gmod i go to my favorite servers list i just saw the server ip (zarp server ip) when i click on it ,it said server not responding idk why ,after that i went to Gametracker i saw server still running and have players on it and i have tried to join server using console and sadly it said "Connection failed after 4 retries".i live in Vietnam,asia i've played on the server for about 3-4 month ,i have about 5-6 mil on the server and guns inside the bank NPC.I just want to ask did the admin of the server blocked ip around asia to decrease lag ,help me please i just want to get back on server to farming and play ,i've just bought VIP a few month ago too

Do you lose the connection only on Server 1 or both Servers?

I dont have the ip for the second server ,can you send me the ip and i will test it out
