TOPIC: Super Admins/Head Admins Vacancies.

Hello all,
The lead team have discovered that we could do with more Head Admins and Super Admins so we have been looking around and see who we could find to fill the spot of such a important role. I must say that only a few have stood out and even then the people that have stood out could work on a couple of things. (THIS IS NOT AN INVITE TO SPAM THE LEAD TEAM WITH MESSAGES ABOUT HOW YOU CAN Improve.) We are looking for a lot of features in people because of it being such a big role. We won't just pick you because you have done good the week after reading this post because that wouldn't really mean much except you only want best for the community now it benefits you. We will have a few positions open so no worries on only one person being picked even tho if it needs to be no one will be picked. I recommend really thinking about if you have the time and dedication to put in before accepting the position if you get chosen. We will be doing this and watching people within the next up coming month it will be a slow process as we want to get the right people for the job, You will NOT be chosen for head admin if your a mod.



Somethings we will be looking for are:
1. MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS
2. COMMUNICATION SKILLS
3. FAIRNESS
4. Delegate Wisely
5. Respectful
6. TIME

You guys can use this thread to talk about what you think the new Head and Super Admins should have and or what skills they should gain.

Being chosen for this would require a lot of dedication,responsibility and, as stated in your post - Time.

They should be very experienced and able to help the staff in solving ANY possible situation in the shortest time possible. And when I say very I mean very

@Tigz if your wanting to come back staff you can just come talk to us because there won't be no applying just people being picked for what they are good at.

@Everyone yeah its hard to choose because some of the people I have thought of and wanted to pick have done some really bad stuff. Maybe people could start giving hints to the lead team if they think someone is doing above average job.

Trust me dcx, they can't be trained for everything. Experience comes with time, and a 30min training won't make anyone experienced

There are some Admins that deserve the chance in my opinion.
They can be trained and I think they'd do the Job good.

They should be active, respectful and ofcourse doing their current Job properly.
Since Super Admins get the TS3 Staff aswell, they should be avaiable on Teamspeak and be able to use their Mic.

Normal players can be very helpful too or is it just staff that can become? Because otherwise I have a good experience in lua and running a community. I have owned many community.

Time is the best part I have how much time anything and has no type tests in school and no homework.

Garrys mod (Darkrp) (TTT) (Death Run)
Minecraft (Around 50+ player)
World of Warcraft (Private server Around 100+ Player)

But one thing that might not be so good my English

I think Nexize because he has such a capacity and experience and a really good leadership. He is very nice ingame and are helpful in all ways. He deserves the right Place!
