TOPIC: Any chance the 2nd server will get a restart?

Hey, I'm having this problem that I can't join sv2 because it kinda glitched for some people, and the only solution is restarting it.
I'm not talking about a complete restart, just a sv_restart 1 ( Turning it on and off , just like when it crashes )
I made the topic now because there are 3 people on the server ,so it won't harm that much.
So, any chance? I'm dying to play on sv2 and get my vip already ..

We won't be restarting it.
