Why am I picked on

We asked you to take it to the forum, but this isn't what we meant. You accused the lead team of discriminating against you, 'picking on you' and hating you.

We told you the appropriate channel to go through for this was the forum, or contacting Chuteuk.

If you want this to be discussed and escelated on the forum, you need to compile a coherent report of what happened, why you think we're not conducting ourselves correctly and how it has affected you (why it is unfair, etc.)

Then we'll look into it. We gave you a warning that if you continue to harass the team whilst we give our time to talk about your demotion, that we would terminate the discussion. You continued to harass me in multiple pokes.

So please do the above.
