Yes, I, and I'm sure a lot of you have been noticing more and more of these requests cropping up. As there are more explosives constantly being crafted , they are also constantly being unfairly lost in unfortunate events like the one above. Can you imagine, finally getting your hands on the orbital you slaved for, only to have it torn out of your hands by a server crash? Sounds horrible, right? Well, luckily for you, all is not lost, you can create a refund request asking for your super weapon back. If you've got the right proof, you will be refunded. However, that is a very big and complicated if.

Before we start with the required proof, here's some myths that need to be dispelled:

• Printers will not be refunded.
• Super admins can not spawn in super weapons.
• Witnesses are not valid proof. No matter how many you have.
• The lead staff aren't magic, they'll require time to validate you proof.

Ok, now that's out of the way, let's run through what kind of proof is needed.
To ensure your items back you're looking for 3 crucial screenshots:

• A screenshot of you with your weapon out with the time out message in the top right
• A screenshot of the lost connection to server message in gmod
• A screenshot of console at the point of the disconnect
