explain "random death match" (RDM). give a scenario
RDM is when a player goes round to another random player and kill them for example if a citizen whent up to an medic and killed him that would be classed as random death match or RDM

Explain "new life rule" (NLR) and give an example new life rule
NLR is when a player gets killed in any way and renters to the area where they where killed within the 3 minuet time period the player must stay outside that zone until this time has passed otherwise receive a warning. an example of new life rule would be if a citizen waw to RDM the medic than that medic was to return to that zone than the medic would be punished for NLR.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example
If a player was to use the command /ooc incorrectly that is classed as metagaming for exaple if a gang was to raid a bank than the banker was to use /ooc to say he is being raided than that is metagaming.

Explain how you would handle the following situation Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
i would see that player Y has killed player X and i would see what class player Y is a hitman and see if player X had a bounty or if player Y was a gangster/thief and committing a mug or raid on player X but i would need proof from player X if he denies that it was a mug or raid. if he did RDM him than i would warn player Y for RDM. than ask player Y to read the rules that the server has set

Explain how you would handle the following situation. player X accused player Y for breaking NLR , the kills are pretty close together ( a few lines apart ) at peek time.
This means that player Y had broke NLR and would revive a warning for breaking the rules than i would tell him to make sure he has read the rules that the server has set.

Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
i would explain to the banker that he is breaking metagaming and tell him not to do it again warn the banker and suggest to him to read the rules.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
i think i should be chosen for a moderator because i will make sure that new players will get help from me and i will make sure new and experienced players are treated the same. i have good relations with some of the current moderates and admins i know thew the teamspeak server . i will make sure that people are having the most enjoyable time they possibly can. i think i will make a good moderator because i know the rules. My last 2 applications have been denied because of trolling and breaking the rules but i havent been warned for 2 weeks so that shows that i have tried to behave on the servers.

thank you for the help sabre tooth i will change that statement. Evo my application has not been copied and if you find an app just like it can you tell me so i can talk to chris about removing a copied application as for breaking the rules i haven't in 2 weeks witch shows i can go without breaking the rules also can you give me a reason why i am not "good moderator material".
