TOPIC: Ban Request on player: [Get-Snacked] *BadSound*

I want to request a ban on an annoying player that kept breaking rules, even when telling him to stop.
In the first Image you can see him propblocking the spawn in |2| Zarp DarkRP Server.
In the second Image you can see him holding a sniper as a citizen while attempting to rdm.
And in the final Image you can see him attempting to propblock, kill, and push me and my friend(it's a screenshot after we killed him).
