You've put this topic in the wrong section, it should be in the appeals. The second thing is, please use the correct template for the appeal, where you can find below or click me.
Correct Template wrote:

Name - What is your ingame name?
STEAM-ID - What is your STEAM-ID?
Admins name - Who banned you/who might it be?
Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned?
Server - What server did you get banned from?
Time - How long were you banned for?
Story - What happend?
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened?
Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban.

Also, figured I should quickly tell you this, but...

There's no way to proof it was your brother's doing. It might just aswell be you that did it, and just making up excuses. Therefor, you will most likely not be unbanned.

You should also note that since it's your account, it's your responsibility for what happens on it. If you had to go for a bit, why keep Garry's Mod turned on? You might aswell turn it off so that this kind of stuff doesn't happen.
