Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin..

I'm not kidding, I really do not remember what it was like to be a moderator what I remember of it is that I learned a lot from all the admins how to solve problems in a good way, they also thought that I did a good job so they gave me admin first or second week

If you had to write an email to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Hi, welcome and congratulations on your new rank so now I'll teach you how everything works and remember now that you are a moderator is important that you listen to the people and never hesitate to help if someone needs help , if you do not listen to anyone or helps out at all then you dont deserve your rank, and we here at zarp do not accept people who abuse their power , if we see someone abusing their power , it is a perm ban it is important that you show up bit of yourself if you want to reach a higher rank but now I'll teach you how all your power works let's start by going to the tab where you have all your powers if you click on your name and you will see a variety of things like goto bring freezer unfreeze kick. things like that we should start with bring if you 're doing a f1 situation and you need to talk to someone then you can just teleport them to you if you use the command -bring . then we have kick if you see someone who prop spamming or something then you can just kick him and write propspamm as reason and then contact an admin so he can take care of it

then we freeze if you're talking to a person and he refuses to stand still and just running around then you can write / freeze [player] to freeze him so he can not move then when you're done with him, just write in / unfreeze [player] and warn the system works like this if you think a player has broken the rules and if you see him as guilty, just warn him and he has only four warnings when he gets the last warning he getting banned for 30min and if it should happen that you warn the wrong person, you must obviously remove the warning from the person you are warned so then you need to write / unwarn [player] and to warn someone when you have to write / warn [player] [reason] I will keep an eye on you and see how you handle problems

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

It depends on how much he prop spammed if I saw that he was trying to crash the server i would tell him to make an unbann apeal on the forum but if he just spammed building materials or something else similar that perhaps were not meant to ''crash the server'' so I probably gave him another chance but I would keep an eye on him and if i saw him doin that shit again i would ban him for the next 400 years

Hello to all who do not remember me, my name is reaper and I have played zarp a long time and I was also super admin for a while but took a break from garrys mod so I resigned as super admin and now I feel that I must return because I 've missed this community too much so now I'm back and it will be fun working with you guys again, I've really missed you and it's great to hear that you've missed me too it was very nice to hear and all of you who know me know I love to help and do f1's so if I get the chance to become admin again, I will work hard as before, I think I deserve a chance
