It is filled with empty places under and around the map, players can clip in and a goto always ends up there. Also remove the invisible wall from the roiftops for f1. I wish there were better maps that we could've chosen from but most got denied during testing such as parklake which I personally thought was a good one. + I enjoy how this map makes cars actually worth purchasing as they allow ease of transport rather than going down a 20 foot long road and hitting a wall every time I want to turn.

+ The districts idea is a great one

+ Wide range of buildings for multiple RP opportunities... but not necessarily basing.

- NPC's can be blocked off rather easily and accidentally, E.G the banker

- A lot of civillian oriented buidlings allow for poor basing.
