Because I am constantly asking questions about the rules yet no one is really on to help me.

All I ever see posted on this forums are moderator requests. And this more a post to the people. I would love to apply buy I know that it would be a waste of both of our time, I've only played 30+ hours in a week, and only been on teamspeak once.

It is very bad at my time, there's RDM's, RDA's and no one to enforce them.
